Opening on November 23nd (according to a Cheddar's representative I spoke with), in the shopping center area that Rosie's Cantina's original location was which is on University Drive there is a new restaurant that will open.
My family and I became introduced to Cheddar's great food and deserts when we lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They have a skillet Fudge Cookie that is worth the trip alone. Maybe we'll see other Florence folks there. Information from their menu site is below on this cookie:

I agree Cheddars is a very good place to eat.I visited one in Wichita Falls,Tx.
