Dixie, I believe you can just use the beef recipe you probably know by heart! You might want to check a couple on the internet to see if anything needs to be added to keep the meat together- even that should not be a problem. i would try a Martha Stewart recipe search if possibile. You don't have to like her - that lady knows technique!

Thanks for your reply. My husband won't eat beef anymore so I have to try to come up with other possibilities, and after years of fixing boneless pork chops, he tells me he really don't like pork chops.

My husband can no longer eat anything green -make a list! This even excludes cabbage. He has a very small helping of green beans if the coagulation check is ok. Coumadin (sp?) diet. I feel your pain. Do just Google "Ground turkey recipes". I list ingredients to see what comes up all the time! I made a tuna casserole from a hot chicken salad recipe in an old Methodist church cookbook tonight. We love it! Many people do the turkey in meatballs and in spaghetti sauce. Good luck!

You can just about put ground turkey in anything that takes ground beef. Tacos, meat loaf, chili. We have been doing it for years.

What do you want?
Information.
What side are you on?
That would be telling.
We want information, information, INFORMATION.

Skip the turkey and go straight to rabbit. It is delicious and has zero cholesterol. Fried, stewed, baked, roasted or ground into meat loaf...great...taste like chicken... Cool...just kidding, taste like rabbit.

American by birth, Southern by the grace of God.
