I spoke with the owner this afternoon, he said they hope to be open in one month. asked about the menu he said alot of things that can kill ya like big ol fat cheese burgers! Can't wait to try a double!
guthrie's had great food when it was fresh and hot. it got to the point to where i was telling them to cook it fresh for me that i didn't mind waiting. i do miss them.
For the record, the name of the restaurant is Fatboy's Grille. We will begin delivering lunches in a month and have private Christmas parties in the building in December. We are trying to go slow and do it right. Hopefully when we open, you will have outstanding service and food at very reasonable prices. Thank you for your interest.
Just curious as to what types of foods and service there will be at the building? Is it going to be set down and be waited on type service or go to the counter order then take your food and sit down and eat? What kinds of foods do you plan to offer? Big Burgers, Fried Chicken etc??

Thanks for your interest. It will be a sit down/waited on place. The drive-thru will be opened, but for limited items. We will have enormous bacon burgers,chicken fingers, 12 different deli sandwiches, soup, salads... . We are going for different items that you don't see everyday such as deep fried bacon and BBQ nachos.
