Love Is Letting Go Of Fear is the title of a book, 130 pages or so, by Gerald G. Jampolsky.
It is divided into four sections, the first three are about 15 pages each, The Forward and Introduction, Preparation, and Ingredients. The fourth part, is 12 lessons. All that I Give, I Give to Myself. Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness I Am Never Upset for the Reason I Think I Am Determined to See Things Differently I Can Escape from the world I See by Giving Up Attack Thoughts. I Am not the Victim of the World I See Today I Will Judge Nothing that Occurs This Instant is the Only Time There Is The Past is Over, It can touch Me Not I Could See Peace Instead of This I Can Elect to Change All Thoughts that Hurt I Am Responsible for What I See The book is a compelling argument for the concept of forgiving those who trespass against us. I recommend it, as a guide to personal peace of mind, but also as a text for raising children and dealing with others in the family, and the workplace. This message has been edited. I think so, every time I loan it out it is not returned. I must have bout 16 copies of it over the years since it was published in 1979. He has written several others.
