I've been away from here for 24 years. I'm back now and I'm looking for a Messianic or Nazarene Congregation or shul.
I sure could use some likeminded fellowship to worship Messiah Yeshua.

Hello tekiah. I don't believe we have any Messianic churches in Florence, but there is a 1st Church of the Nazarene in Florence, one in Sheffield and another in Muscle Shoals. I'm sorry, I don't really know much about them, but here are addresses and phone numbers. I was just going to provide a link to the page where I got them, but can't get it to load correctly. Smiler

I cannot see having a Messianic church book in a bookstore in Florence. Years ago I called a Christian bookstore downtown looking for a Catholic book of prayers for lent. The oh-so-pious clerk said to me, "Oh, we don't have Catholic material. We're a CHRISTIAN bookstore." Pitiful.

Does that mean you can't buy your books at a "Christian" bookstore either? Do you and I need to start our own bookstore?

Do you blame her? The Catholic's used to burn Protestants at the stake for just reading a new version of the Bible that didn't agree with their doctrine. LOL
