Several people have suggested this discussion, so here goes......Anyone with multiples (or just a bunch of kids) that want to share stories, ask questions, or just have a virtual nervous breakdown feel free.......

I have 6 yr old twin boys, a 19 yr & a 10 month old grand baby & I am married to a 39 yr old kid, so things are always in constant CHAOS!!

I, myself am not a parent but I do have younger Twin brothers. They will be 10 on Feb. 6th.
One of them has CP so there is always a constant struggle there for my stepmother and dad. But at the end of the day, my brother seems to be the happiest little boy in the world and his life is so rewarding. I am so blessed to have him in my life. It really makes you understand how hard it is to have a physically disabled person in your life. Makes you learn not to judge.
And I am married to a kid! LoL We are young so I can kinda understand where the kid in him still lives! Big Grin

I have recently learned not to judge also, I have a friend that I went to high shcool with & we had been reunited after several yrs of not talking to each other. she had drastically changed. & sadly I started jumping to conclusions about her & her family life. Come to find out her first child is autistic, & her husband worked out of town & was very little help @ home, so 3 kids & a disability were taking its toll on her. I understand things a lot clearer now & taught me to stop making rash decisions about people.

One of my favorite things to remember is "GOD WON'T PUT ANYMORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN HANDLE, MAYBE YOU JUST DON'T KNOW YOU CAN HANDLE IT YET." I have to remember this alot.

I know, we were very lucky also, you hear so many sad stories about multiples. We were over a month early & had to stay a couple extra days in the hospital, but other than that we were fine. now they are six & weigh 82 & 78 lbs. I didnt ever think I would see them that big. they are not fat though, they are just big ole boys....... are yours still close.......i wish I had some one that close, but then I bet it would get old......one day the youngest twin told me that he didnt want to look like his brother any more....................... that was a little sad.

were all the girls & boys all little at the same time? I cant imagine having 4 kids, I can barely feed the ones I have......what about the other twin, where is he?

I don't have kids, much less twins, but we have 2 sets of twins in my family.

My cousin has twin boys - 6 years old. And my sister has b/g twins that are 5 plus she has a 10 year old.

My sister's twins were born at 34 weeks - the girl was in the hospital for 5 days and the boy for 10 days. They are happy, healthy children! The boy is smaller than the girl, but he will catch up one of these days.

My sister has triplets.

We were in awe when they were born, such little fragile things. Now they're so cute and cuddly and always running around. Imagine the chasing scenario, times three?? Lol.
