Dear Ma'am, I truely understand your problem with people gathering near or at your residence with regards towards litter, loud talking and/or laughter, etc., but just how is it that your home has become unhealthy? By driving through and passing by smokers? Really now. Are the smokers standing at your mailbox, in your driveway, at your front door? Are they approaching you and blowing their smoke on you, or into your vehicle or home when you open your door? If they are, then by all means, call the police. Please do consider these a threat to your well being. I would'nt blame you, but if you hate smokers, then just admit it. My dog and some family members create odors I find very offensive, but I am not going to have them banned from my existence
u r a moron. Who would want ppl gathering in front of their house, PERIOD. Do you not know that smoke carries in the air? Do ppl not have AC units outside? I mean think about it. DUH!
