Do you think President Jobkiller will get around to acting on Gen McChrystal's report during his first term?
50 something dead American soldiers this month so far and NO PLAN FROM OBAMA who called this a "must win" war during the campaign (back when he was declaring the Iraq war lost).
Personally I support bringing the troops home for the upcoming coup d'état.
Having "no plan" from Obama (who is reportedly receiving the Order of the Sword award for recognizing a "soldier") may be a good thing. He should just establish the military objective and let the planning be the domain of the ones who know what they're about...the military professionals. However, if he dithers and fails to define realistic objectives, well, he'll have met my predictions of his performance. Of course, we'll pay the price in blood and treasure, but at least Obama won't be blamed for anything going wrong.

Thing is McChrystal is his guy and his recommendations have been sitting on jobkiller's desk for a couple of months. Obama has had time to golf 24 times, campaign, and raise money.
It would be nice if his priorities involved the 2 wars we are involved in.

Sometimes doing nothing IS the decision, it just doesn't get much coverage from the "main stream media". This is Obama's 3:00a.m. phone call and he let it go to "voice mail",
