Yeah its also kills me that people wear those expensive clothes when their are people with out homes and that are starving everyday in this country because of the ecomomy and lack of assistance. $300,000. Thats a nice home right there.
I was watching a show and one actress was wearing a $80,000 dress. Now is that really nessary. It looked like it was worth $200 maby but not 80,000 there wasn't much fabric even on the thing...lol. I know they say they help people with charitys and all that, but think about how much more they could do if they spent a little less. RE: Link |

Somebody has to buy that expensive clothing in order to spread the wealth. That's the way is really supposed to work. Not just hand outs.

Cindy McCain spends millions on her wardrobe - ring her up and tell her how you feel.

One of the tenets of a free market economy is that you earn your wealth and spend it as you wish. Need has nothing to do with it. I didn't NEED a new car, but I bought one because I WANTED one and could afford it.
By the way, Concerned Christian, I'm in church every Sunday and most Wednesday nights. When I attend, I dress respectfully and couldn't care less what anyone else is wearing -- whether it's better or worse than mine. Why this obcession with the clothing of others? It's what's on the inside that counts. |

Do you buy clothing at one of the mart stores? Target? Sears? If so, why not buy at a Dollar store or thrift store then give the extra money to charity? Same thing, different scale. * * * * * * * * In life it's expected that you will spill some milk, but what really matters is how you clean it up. |

I'll bet Michelle Obama isn't buying her wardrobe at the Dollar General or WalMart.
