I'm not trying to tell you anything.

Let's keep this post going and see how inciteful you nabobs of negativism really are/were.

It's a good thing you guys are typing, because the drool definitely would impede your speech.

I, for one would like to think she is gearing up to run for Prez in 2012 by challenging this out of control Obama administration and Pelosi/Reid Inc.

I don't presume to know what is her motivation to leave the Governors office or the outcome of a possible presidential bid, because I don't know and I feel strongly that you guys do not know either.

I seem to recall that the originator of that phrase, "nabobs of negativism" (his full text was "nattering nabobs of negativism") wound up spending some time in the Greyrocks Hotel (a federal PRISON, for those who are not as "with it" as beternU is!). That person is none other than one of the most despicable politicians of modern times (maybe of all time), the late and largely unlamented Vice President Spiro T. Agnew, the product of a teeming crowd of astonishingly corrupt politicians originating out of Baltimore and including a governor, Marvin Mandel, a Democrat (equal opportunity reigned in Maryland) who did 19 months for mail fraud and racketeering.

I suggest that you try to be a little more original with your epithets or at least try to select them from less odious origins.

No matter the source, I was just "correctly describing" them. I'm sure YOU can relate.

Due to your need to correct me, though, you missed the intent of the post completely, that Marian and others and now yourself included, were wrong in your assessment of her reason for stepping down.

Baseless? Wink

Since I repeated myself and you still apparently do not understand, a resounding YES! Wink

Poor thang. Imagine what the taxpayers would have to pay if she was president. Or even vice president!

Good to find these things out now. Wink

As federal law, is apparently different from Alaskan law, any investigation costs to her would be reimbursed from the Treasury, if found false, as the last 15 were. Also, the AG could proceed against false charges to reimburse the US Treasury.

Diddle,

Why do you support liars and those that bear false witness!

Diddle, twittle and resolve,

Now, 16 false accusations have been launched against Governor Palin. Again, why do you support those who lie about Governor Palin?

16? Is that all? Once again, I do not support Palin or those who lie about the former Governor.

Support? Not overtly, you just like to think you're clever while dealing in innuendo and attempts at sly implication. Wink

I really just wanted to bump this thread to the top as a reminder that MarianLibrarian, bhuepque, and others who immediately decided Palin must have done something wrong were themselves wrong.
