Yep, we are in trouble. Trouble caused by the last 8 years of "lies and the lying liars" that served them up for uneducated peoples consumption.

Another reactionary, silly post. Got news for ya - not everyone in the U.S. is fundie/evangelical Christian. The President (no matter who he is) represents ALL Americans, not just the ones you may like, or agree with. bush admitted that even he did not believe in the literal interpretation of the Bible among other scandalous things anathema to the, so called, "religious conservatives". Grow up, get real, and try not to get yourself too upset.

Try and feel sorry for the family with sick children. Feel sorry for the Americans who have lost their jobs. Feel sorry for the elderly individuals robbed by Mr. Madoff. Feel sorry for the families who have lost their husbands, wives and children in Iraq. Look around you and you will see lots of people who need your help and pity. After you do that, quit yer whining. Its time you learned that you just don't get your way all the time.

First,as bad as I hate to admit it,I must agree with your point. But,look at your double standard. You won't even capitalize Bush's name and call him idiot, imbecile and worse things everyday. So,the President is everyones President as long as he's one thatYOU like.

Actually what we are discussing is the participants in the inauguration. I never made comment on any aspect of bush's inaugural festivities. This would include his choice of Ricky Martin (a cute little gay man who's music makes me grind my teeth). I will, however, accept your observation and promise to return to capitalizing the first letter of mr bush's last name at 12:00 noon.

Ricky Martin is a wonderful human being. Look at all the work he has done on the behalf of children across the globe. He's been up to a lot of wonderful things. Also- Is he really gay? We could assume, but we all know where that gets us. I don't recall him ever commenting on this. If he is, them what? It doesn't mean that he was a bad choice.
