Ok, seriously do your research before you talk. It is so annoying when people try to start talking about a subject they know nothing about. Let me break it down for you.... 1)The "citizens" do not have a problem dealing with their own waste, they already do so without dumping into a river, stream, etc. 2) It is the town of Killen that wants a sewer system to increase growth. Businesses, etc. shy away because of they would have to run off of a septic tank system, not an actual Sewer System. You know how you stated they want to "dump" it on Florence. That was an idea, but to costly so they now want to "dump" it in Blue Water Creek in the small community of Center Star. Do you now see their concern?

But my man the citizens make up the town. Let me try to explain it to you. The town of Kellen without citizens is just a speed trap with some buildings. It is the the people ( citizens ) who generate all the s*** that they want to dump into Bluewater creek, so why ruin a perfectly good creek when they can dump it in the river along with the poison from the paper mill?

I will try on more time....
First of all, it is Killen, not Kellen. Secondly, the "citizens" concerned (generally speaking) are not from the Killen area, but from the Center Star/Elgin area. Therefore, the City of Killen (and not necessarily the citizens themselves) are the people who are trying to dump their waste onto others (being Center Star).
For the record, a group from killen have already gotten together once and stopped this project from happening in the actual TOWN OF KILLEN (brush creek area). So the City got another idea to completely get out of Killen and try to dump their problems onto Center Star.
Bottom line is, everyone wants to live in ways that create waste, but no one wants the facilities that treat the waste they create in their backyard. It

However, what makes it right for one City to want these facilities (that can potentially polute), but to put the treatment plants in another city? In a city that do not need the plants in the first place.
It is a lose lose situation.

Are you absolutely sure the citizens of Killen have nothing to do with dumping their waste off on Centerstar? The people I know at Centerstar tell me they don't want Killen to build a treatment plant anywhere near their town, same with Elgin. In fact you are the first person I have heard who want's killen's wastes in Centerstar. Are you getting something out of it? Are you the Mayors cousin? Maybe Killen will annex centerstar, and use it for a dump.

I guess I didn't make myself clear...
I DONT WANT IT IN CENTER STAR or in any local streams for that matter. (Read the second post again)
I was trying to explain to you what is going on but you continually twist the issue to try to act like you know what is going on and to be a smart a-double. (You stink at it. You arent funny at all either.) I know the chairmen of the Center Star Committee who is AGAINST the treatment plant very well and I attend meetings. Therefore, I know what I am talking about. You on the other hand are just flappin' your senseless jaws.
Center Star is a beautiful place, if you would get off your butt and quit sitting in front of your computer and pretending you know everything, you could see that for yourself.
