2 Cans ShoePeg Corn, drained 2 small cans green chili peppers, chopped 1 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick margarine Put margarine & cream cheese in bowl, microwave until soft. Mix well with a fork. Add Shoepeg corn (drained) and chili peppers, (undrained). Pour in casserole dish, cook at 350 for 25 minutes. This is so good & easy to fix.
