I have a real quick meal for you,great if you have kids too.

Bag of beef meatballs.Fancyfixins
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Wheat hoagie rolls
Can of Del Monte sauce-zesty

Set oven 350 degrees,or toaster
Take out the amount of meatballs you need pop in microwave for about 5 mins.
Slice rolls,put meatballs in it,pour sauce,cheese stick in the oven til cheese melts,bread toast-however you like.
Yummy I serve this with chips.

Also great to take to parties,you can slice them,stick a toothpick in them and serve..
