lol...

Tell me -- is the movie about ghosts or demons? A friend said he liked scary stuff but not this kind of scary stuff and others have compared it to Blair Witch...I plan to see it soon though...

to me the movie did what it was made to do and that was to keep me entertained. i saw a different ending than what they are showing in theaters and everyone ive talked to said they would have liked to see the one i saw instead. all in all ok movie in my opinion

How was your ending different Martin? I saw it this weekend. I like scary movies, but to be honest? There was nothing really in this movie that you haven't seen on Ghost Hunters or other tv shows these days. Not sure it was worth the ticket price...However, I do believe in stuff like that so it did unnerve me a little more because I got the whole entity thing where as some teens next to us didn't get it...they kept expecting a full apparition etc...but there was a group teens close to the front -- whether they were being funny or not -- ran out of the theater right at the last scenes...

I'd say wait for it to come out on Netflix...

Sounds like plants to me. They use to be used a lot, maybe they're making a comeback.

OK HERE WE GO............ the girl gets out of bed....stands for a while.....ghost pulls covers off of guy.....she goes downstairs and screams and he goes to check it out......he screams cause she killed him ....she comes back up to the room sits in front of the bed for a day...her friend comes in and she screams from seeing the guys body....well the demon woman goes downstairs to kill her....she comes back upstairs and sits for another day. the police come in and walk upstairs to find her sitting there with the knife. she snaps out of it asking where her boyfriend is while she is coming at the cops with a knife and they shoot her. the end lol

THAT WAS A MOUTH FULL.

im they same way for the ending in theaters. i saw it on youtube and was thinking "well that eneded a little better". i think they are playing the theater ending because steven spielburg had something to do with it.

I was still left saying "huh? thats it?" regardless of who had what to do with it...Don't waste your $8 and wait for netFlix...

I love scary movies. I thoroughly enjoyed Exorcism of Emily Rose but this was just odd...of course with a hand held camera and less than $50K what do you expect right? Big Grin Can you tell I'm just mad I didn't think of it...lol...

yea the movie was alot of hype and it was really nothing special. i read online that the movie budget was just 6,000 bucks....and that was how much the camera cost lol. if i hadn't got a bootleg of it i would have just waited.

i have a feeling that ending was used mainly because they are planning a sequel, or at least wanted to leave it open for a sequel if the film did really well. and for the record the budget was 11,000 dollars, and has already made around 10 million, so a pretty good investement for the creator and movie studio that bought it. the film in my opinion was one of the best horror films to come out since the strangers, mainly because it uses suspense and anticipation, you know its coming but you don't know when. i am a horror buff, horror is my favorite genre, and while this film didn't "scare" me, it did creep me out, and still does if i reflect on it enough. and for the ones saying wait for video and the ones who saw it online, i can almost guarantee your experience was faulted by the lack of surround sound and the fact you were watching it on a computer screen and not a big screen. some movies are made for a theater experience, and this is one of those movies.
