do you have songs that just stop you in your tracks when you hear them? marty robbin's version of this song came on the radio this morning and did that to me.

'i don't know the answer to the easy way she opened every door in my mind' - i love that!

i couldn't find marty's version, but this is kristofferson, who wrote it and you can't beat that.

You gotta love the old classic "He Stopped Loving Her Today", I can remember hearing my Dad sing that song on the road to vacation while sitting in the back of his old Chevy with the windows down. He thought he could carry a tune, LOL, and still does, God bless him and the little pygmies...

BTW HG did they play this while you were skinny dipping at the picnic???? Hate I missed it....LOL

I see you can now pronouce it right, since you found it that it was not "asian"....LOL

The Gong Show....LOL.....that would have been if myself or rramlamm-er had jumped in there.

"Curtis Lowe" by Skynard is what we used to refer to in college as "goat roping" music....LOL

Back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in Nevada for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it. They failed and it closed. Now we are trusting the economy of our country to a pack of nit-wits who couldn't make money running a ***** house and selling booze?

Pretty much anything by Allison Krauss and I'm not a fan of country music by any means. I just think her voice is wonderful. My Youtube favorites are packed with her videos and performances.
