I watched "24" for the first time this and it is a tense and exciting show. And yes, the torture scenes were pretty rough.

What gets me though about violence on tv is that no one makes a big hoopla over stuff like this but if you show two men kissing, then everyone starts running around screaming. It boggles the mind!

Sorry, meant to say an air burst causes fallout to spread more. Ground burst creates more, but doesn't spread it out as much.

That's why I said your response was only "part." You're alright. We knew what you meant.

Make sure you note that the characters in the episode hope at first that the deaths and carnage won't be so high since it is a smaller bomb. Most of the past seasons kept casualty rate in the millions, this one was big still, but was listed in the hundred thousands (which, of course, is still horrible, but not as much as "millions").
