Oktoberfest is coming up in HSV, and it's held at Redstone Arsenal. It's open to all, and the admission is very reasonable. It's basically one price admission for the fair (ride anything once you're in). I went last year and there was a big top type tent that was large enough to get lost in..food vendors, from German cuisine to Papa John's, draft beer from Coors to soot dark German beers. Also, live music.

this is something i've wanted to do for years and haven't yet.
