some people lost their account and had to create a new one but I don't think anyone was just "reset" like that.
Email EH (elizabeth.hoekenga@timesdaily.com) and she if she can help. I don't know about the eve software but some forums do have the option of giving you back your karma points. |

I was just informed that everyone had to have a current & real email address to reset their passwords. So if you were using an old one or something, thats what happened.

I think it was intentional. Previously, I believe that you could invent an email address to register & it wasn't ever verified. Now it has to be a real, working email address.
