Did you experience having irregular menstruation? what are the possible cause of it? is it normal?

If you are skipping, and you are sure you are not pregnant, it could be caused by stress, diet, etc. Many girls do skip periods from time to time. If you are too frequent, it could be anything from stress to an infection.

The best thing to do is to call your OBGYN's office and talk with the nurse or the doctor. They may be able to answer your questions over the phone, or they may want you to come in for an exam.

It's probably not serious, but I encourage you to contact your doctor.

You have dismenhorrea. It's not uncommon, but a physician would encourage you to have a check up.

If you are strenuously dieting, I would think that is the probable cause, but again, only some tests, etc., can confirm that.

I don't know how old you are, or if it matters, but you may want to read about polycystic ovarian syndrome. I was diagnosed last November. There are several problems w/ mestruation that go along with it. You should definatley talk to your OB though.
