Mine started from a tragedy in my life. I did the meds. I still do an anti-depressant. Breathing exercises help. Make up your own, 3 deep breaths in and blow out or what ever. My grandmother always said you have to fight nerves, I believe that. This is how I try to think, I would have a breakdown today, but I can't I got to go to work, maybe later when I have time.

Hello, I also have panic attacks. I am in the mental health field, and the best advice I can give you is to visit a counselor that you are comfortable with. They will be able to help you with relaxation techniques and help you figure out what triggers the panic attacks. I hope this helps.
