I've used Olde Barn Mill Work out of Killen. They did a really good job. Just be very specific about what you want and your measurements with them. Don't leave anything to "norms" or "standard" -- you might not like what you get regardless of where you go. If you want a 4' counter -- be specific -- don't let anyone say "the standard" -- it might not be what you think. I learned that the hard way on one...learned my lession.
